西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病31例疗效观察

Sitagliptin impact on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes and related inflammatory factors

目的:探讨西格列汀对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗及相关炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组给予2型糖尿病常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予西格列汀治疗。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(90.32%)高于对照组临床治疗总有效率(67.74%),差异有统计学意义。治疗后,观察组糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗指标,如体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及空腹胰岛素水平(FIns)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。治疗后,观察组糖尿病患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。治疗后,观察组糖尿病患者脂代谢指标低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病患者疗效显著,能够显著降低胰岛素抵抗,对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及脂代谢调节具有较佳效果。

Objective：To investigate the effect of sitagliptin for type 2diabetes insulin resistance and inflammatory factors.Methods：62cases of type 2diabetes patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,31 cases in each group.in the control group patients were treated with conventional therapy in type 2diabetes.in the observation group patients were given sitagliptin treatment based on conventional.Results：Clinical treatment total effective rate was 90.32%in the observation group patients were higher than 67.74%that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,Diabetic patients BMI,HOMA-IR,FIns in the observation group patients were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,Diabetic patients FPG、2hPG and HbA1 clevel in the observation group patients were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,Diabetic patients LDLC、TC and TG level in the observation group patients were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Sitagliptin treatment of type 2diabetes patients efficacy significantly,can significantly reduce insulin resistance,glycemic control in type 2diabetes and lipid metabolism have better results.
