要收到良好的教育效果，教师首先要做到与学生心理相容，避免学生产生逆反心理，再根据学生的特质，因材施教，培养学生形成自我教育自我约束的能力。

To get a fine education result and prevent contrary psychology from students,teachers and students should first understand each other.Teachers should do teaching in accordance with students aptitudes,help them form self educated and self restrained ability.Besides,the ability training of self education should be done in line with psychological characters of modern middle school students so that they can make unceasing progress.
