链球菌感染与过敏性紫癜发病的关系

The relationship between streptococcal infection and allergic purpura

目的通过对比过敏性紫癜患儿和非过敏性紫癜健康儿童的溶血链球菌抗溶血素(ASO)的阳性率,分析链球菌感染和过敏性紫癜发病的关系。方法选择2009年1月1日到2015年6月30日期间在我院诊断治疗的过敏性紫癜患儿136例作为研究对象,再选取同时期的非过敏性紫癜体儿童60例作为对照组进行研究,采用散射比浊法分别测定两组的溶血链球菌抗溶血素(ASO),对比并分析链球菌感染和过敏性紫癜发病之间存在的关系。结果过敏性紫癜患儿的溶血链球菌抗溶血素(ASO)阳性患儿42例,阴性患儿94例,溶血链球菌抗溶血素(ASO)阳性率为30.9%;对照组溶血链球菌抗溶血素(ASO)阳性3例,阴性57例,溶血链球菌抗溶血素(ASO)阳性率为5.0%,两组溶血链球菌抗溶血素(ASO)阳性率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论链球菌感染是过敏性紫癜发病的重要诱因之一,可为临床治疗提供重要参考依据。

Objective To observe the relationship between streptococcal infection and allergic purpura by comparing the hemolytic streptococcus pneumoniae antistreptolysin （ASO） positive rate in the allergic purpura patients and healthy people not allergic purpura. Methods One hundred and thirty-six cases with allergic purpura,who admitted in our hospital during January 1,2009 to June 30,2015 ,were selected as the research object and were given the retrospectively analyzed. Another 60 cases without allergic purpura？ were selected as the control group at the same period. Hemolytic streptococci of hemolysin （ASO） of two groups were measured byscattering turbidimetry. The relationship between streptococcal infection and allergic purpura were compared and analyzed. Results Hemolytic streptococcus anti allergic purpura patients＇ hemolysin （ASO） positive patients 42 cases,94 patients negative, hemolytic streptococcus of hemolysin （ASO） positive rate was 30. 9%. Con- trol group positive hemolytic streptococcus hemolysin resistance （ASO） 3 cases, negative 57 cases,hemolytic streptococcus of hemolysin （ASO） positive rate was 5.0%. Comparison difference of hemolytic streptococcus of hemolysin （ASO） positive rate of two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusion Streptococcus infection is one of the important fac- tors for the onset of allergic purpura, can provide important reference basis for clinical treatment.
