急性胰腺炎早期巨大胰腺假性囊肿B超定位引导经皮穿刺引流治疗的价值研究

Research on the value of B-ultrasound-positioning-guided transmural drainage of early huge ancreatic pseudocysts with acute pancreatitis

目的研究B超定位引导下经皮穿刺置管引流术(PCD)用于治疗急性胰腺炎伴早期巨大胰腺假性囊肿(PPC)形成的临床疗效。方法回顾分析52例重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)伴早期巨大PPC患者的临床资料,采用PCD治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果 52例患者均获得穿刺置管成功,其中50例(96.15%)一次性穿刺成功;PCD完全治愈28例(53.85%),另34例获得进一步手术条件并成功实施内引流术后获得治愈。结论对SAP伴早期巨大PPC患者实施PCD治疗能够快速有效地改善临床症状,促进囊肿缩小或者消失,为进一步治疗创造有利条件。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of B-ultrasound-positioning-guided transmural drainage （PCD） of early huge ancreatic pseudocysts （PPC） with acute pancreatitis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 52 cases of severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） patients with early huge PPC ,all received PCD treatment,the clinical treatment effect was observed. Re- sults 52 patients were successfully obtained catheterization, in which 50 cases （96. 15% ） one-time successful puncture; PCD completely cured 28 cases （53.85 % ）, and the other 34 cases for further surgical conditions and the successful imple- mentation of internal drainage be cured after surgery. Conclusion PPC therapy for with SAP patients with early huge PCD can quickly and effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote cysts shrink or disappear, creating favorable conditions for further treatment.
