摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在外科急腹症患者中的应用体会。方法对132例外科急腹症患者实施临床护理路径后的情况进行总结与分析。结果 132例外科急腹症患者实施临床护理路径的时间均控制在60min以内,科室会诊、协同处理的时间控制在10min以内,在诊疗期间没有发生病情恶化的不良反应。患者预后均良好,患者及其家属对临床护理路径实施的满意度为97.68%。结论临床护理路径能使外科急腹症患者赢得最佳治疗时间,从而减轻病人痛苦,提高护理工作质量。
Objective To explore experience in the application of clinical nursing path on acute abdomen. Methods Summarize and analyze the data of 132 acute abdomen patients after taking clinical nursing path. Results All patients complete clinical nursing path in 60 minutes. Consultations and cooperative processing finished in 10 minutes, and no ad- verse reaction occurred during the treatment. 97.68% of the patients and their family members were satisfied with the im- plementation of clinical nursing path. Conclusion Clinical nursing path help acute abdomen patients get optimum therapy, such as surgery, as soon as possible. Therefore promote the quality of clinical nursing.
