心脏介入治疗中临时心脏起搏器的保护性应用护理研究

Application of protective nursing research on cardiac interventional treatment of temporary cardiac pacemaker

目的研究心脏介入治疗中临时心脏起搏器的保护性应用护理。方法选择2013年2月~12月期间我院收治的行心脏介入治疗患者43例为研究对象,对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术治疗,感知功能正常,且无1例患者出现心率减慢、心动过速等严重并发症,均康复出院。结论临床上将临时心脏起搏器运用在心脏介入治疗中时,再给予预见性护理,能够使手术风险降低,并且预防并发症的发生,从而提高手术效果。

Objective To study the protective application of temporary pacemaker in cardiac interventional therapy care. Methods In February 2013-December 2013 our hospital during the period of line of 43 patients with cardiac interventional therapy as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were successfully comple- ted surgery, perception function is normal, and no 1 cases of serious complications such as heart rate slows, tachycardia,reha- bilitation hospital discharge. Conclusion Clinical admiral temporary cardiac pacemaker in cardiac interventional therapy, then gives predictive nursing, can reduce the operation risk, and prevent the happening of the complications, so as to improve the effect of surgery.
