摘要
介绍了煤液化装置冲洗阀的工况特点,分析了阀门使用中出现的问题,采取了优化阀门结构的改进设计,确保了煤液化装置的稳定性。
In this paper,the condition characteristics of the flushing valve of the coal liquefaction device was introduced. The existing problems of the valve was analyzed and optimization design was carried out. The potential risks existed in the valve was solved,and the stability of the coal liquefaction plant was ensured.
