对冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者双心护理的临床研究

Study on the intervention of psycho-cardiology care in patients with coronary heart disease, anxiety and depression

【目的】探讨双心护理对于冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者负性情绪的干预作用。【方法】将92例冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予双心护理,分别在入院时、护理1、3个月后采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)对患者进行评分,应用重复测量的方差分析比较两组患者不同时间的评分结果。【结果】对照组与干预组的SAS、SDS评分总体差异均有统计学意义(F=13.8,P<0.05;F=5.21,P<0.05),评分结果均呈随时间连续下降趋势(F=143.99,P<0.05;F=171.46,P<0.05),干预组两指标的下降速度快于对照组,且两组指标均存在时间和组别的交互作用(F=13.02,P<0.05;F=30.03,P<0.05)。【结论】双心护理对于冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者的负性情绪改善作用快速、有效,优于常规护理,具推广价值。

【Objective】To explore the intervention of psycho-cardiology care on negative emotion in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）, anxiety and depression.【Methods】A total of 92 patients with CHD, anxiety and depression were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were treated with conventional care, while those in treatment group were treated with conventional and psycho-cardiology care. The patients were scored via self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） on admission, 1 m and 3 m after the intervention, respectively. The scores between the two groups were compared via repeated measures analysis of variance（RMANOVA）.【Results】The difference of the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups showed statistical significance（F=13.8, P0.05; F=5.21, P0.05）. All scores declined along the time（F=143.99, P0.05; F=171.46,P0.05） and the scores of SAS and SDS in treatment group declined faster than those in control group. There were interactions of time and group in the scores（F=13.02, P0.05; F=30.03, P0.05）.【Conclusion】Psycho-cardiology care can rapidly and effectively improve the negative emotion in patients with CHD, anxiety and depression, which is better than conventional care and worth being generalized.
