双叶型左心耳封堵失败一例

摘要 患者女性,75岁。诊断持续性心房颤动,高血压病2级,心脏扩大,心功能Ⅱ级,冠心病,腔隙性脑梗死。具有左心耳封堵的适应证。在食管超声及X线下尝试使用直径33mm,Watchman封堵器封闭左心耳,因左心耳形态呈双叶状,心耳主干长度不足以锚定封堵器,致封堵失败,后改为30,24mm的封堵器封闭仍未成功。出院3周后行环肺静脉消融心房颤动,术后转为窦性心律。
