摘要
目的构建以品质提升为核心的乳腺癌专病护理体系,提升乳腺专病临床护理质量。方法围绕乳腺癌围手术期特点,通过确定乳腺癌专病特有的护理思维;建立关键质量指标;实施专项技术研究;开展同质化管理;运行延伸护理等措施构建完整的品质护理体系。结果专病护理体系构建后专科护理质量提高了,患者对护理工作的满意度,以及护士各类考核成绩均得以提升(P<0.001)。结论具有创新意识、鲜明特色的乳腺癌专病护理体系能有效地提升护理质量与护理满意度,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To develop a specific nursing system for breast cancer with quality-improvement as the core and to improve the quality of clinical nursing for breast disease. Methods After the analysis of the characteristics of breast cancer surgery, nursing thinking for breast diseases was identified and then a specific nursing system for breast cancer was developed. Corresponding measures were taken including establishing key quality indicators; implementing homogenization management and extended nursing. Results Nursing quality after the establishment of the system was improved, and patients were more satisfied with nursing service. Nurses performed better in various kinds of evaluations （P〉0.001）. Conclusion An innovative and distinctive nursing system for breast cancer can effectively enhance nursing quality and patients ’ satisfaction then promote patients ’ recovery.
