护理本科生临床实习适应不良现状及影响因素分析

Maladjustment of Clinical Practice in Nursing Undergraduates and Its Influence Factor

目的了解我校护理本科生临床实习适应不良现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取我校2011级、2012级护理本科生306名为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷和护理本科生临床实习适应不良调查问卷进行调查,采取多元逐步回归分析其影响因素。结果 306名护理本科生临床实习适应不良总分为(91.96±14.38)分,处中等水平;年级、有无兼职经历、是否喜欢护士职业、对就业前景的态度是护理本科生临床实习适应不良的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生存在临床实习适应不良现象,高校护理教育者和医院临床带教者针对其相关因素采取对策,多渠道地提升护理本科生热爱护理职业,提高其临床适应能力,适应角色转化,实现从护理本科生向护士的转变。

Objective To understand the maladjustment of clinical practice of nursing undergraduates and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 306 nursing undergraduates in grade 2011 and 2012 were investigated with general information questionnaire and the maladjustment of clinical practice in nursing undergraduates questionnaire then multivariate stepwise regression was applied to analyze its influencing factors. Results The total score of maladjustment of clinical practice was 91.96 ＆#177;14.38, which indicated a medium level of maladjustment. Grade, with part-time experience or not, with passion for the occupation of nursing or not, attitude towards employment prospects were the main factors exerting influence on the maladjustment of clinical practice in nursing undergraduates （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Maladjustment of clinical practice exists in nursing undergraduates and it is necessary to promote nursing undergraduates’ passion for nursing profession, to improve their maladjustment of clinical pracitce and to adapt to the role from nursing undergraduates to nurses through various kinds of strategies.
