新常态下河北省大学生自主创业环境优化研究

The Optimized Research of Hebei Province Universities Students' Self-employed Environments in The New Normal

"全民创业,万众创新",各地政府出台大量创业扶持政策。创业,尤其是互联网创业面临着前所未有的大好环境,通过河北省高校在校生及大学生自主创业情况的调查研究发现,高校大学生面临着创业教育缺乏,创业政策不了解、创业项目选择困难,而大学生自主创业项目面临着资金紧缺、产品服务市场空间小,支持政策落实困难等等困境。笔者深入分析原因基础上,提出完善创业教育体系、培养创新创业精神、提升创业竞赛指导,加强政策宣传、多渠道创业融资、推进创业孵化基地建设。

＂Popular entrepreneurship and innovation＂,local governments promote a plenty of policies to encourage people to do business creatively. It is unprecedented that the internet entrepreneurship faces a significant chance to develop itself. According to the investigation of the Heibei province university students＇ startup conditions, however, some students lack knowledge of creating an entrepreneurship and misunderstand the government policies, and other students are not be able to make up their mind to choose a start-up project especially when they encounter with some barriers such as fund shortage, supported policies deficiency and the depressed market of product service. The author deeply analy^es the Entrepreneurial problems and illustrates some suggestions such as creating the Entrepreneurial education system, cultivating Entrepreneurial spirit, promoting Entrepreneurial competition guidance, strengthening Entrepreneurial publicity, increasing Entrepreneurial funds and fueling the construction of Entrepreneurship Incubation base.
