民办高校职业指导有效性策略探析——基于广东省南华工商学院的实证研究

Exploration and Innovation:Run by the Local Colleges and Universities Career Guidance Effectiveness Strategy Analysis——Based on Empirical Research of the South China Industrial and Commercial College in Guangdong Province

梳理国家大学生就业政策的变化,纵观民办高校就业政策落实和职业指导工作进展现状,发现预期效果与实效之间存在差异。归类分析发现:当前高校职业指导开展的理念、方法、内容及职业指导师资队伍建设等方面存在问题,探索问题的成因,从民办高校职业指导工作的出发点、开展形式、内涵提升、师资队伍建设及服务平台完善方面提出对策和建议,创新提高民办高校职业指导服务质量的新途径。

Combing the change of the national college students＇ employment policy, private colleges throughout employment policy implementation and the status quo of the vocational guidance work, found that there are differences between expected effect and actual effect. Classified analysis found that the current vocational guidance in colleges and universities to carry out the idea, method, content and problems of vocational guidance teachers team construction, to explore the cause of the problem, from the starting point of private university career guidance work, form, connotation, teaching staff construction and service platform to improve proposed countermeasure and the suggestion, innovation new ways to improve the quality of private colleges and universities career guidance service.
