摘要
介绍了实木家具用木材的特点,指出要合理控制木材的含水率。实木家具为了表现木材的天然质感适合做清漆涂装,不适合做实色涂装;提出了实木家具透明涂装的推荐工艺,并简单介绍了每步工艺需要的产品的配方设计。
Timber characteristics for solid wood furniture were introduced. The water content of wood should be suitable controlled. Clear coatings instead of solid colour coatings were suitable for the coating of solid wood furniture to match the natural texture of the wood. The coating process and formula design for solid wood furniture were discussed.
