摘要
金属填料一般具有较低的发射率和较高的反射率。同种金属颗粒由于形态、粒径不同会影响其发射率;同种形态同等粒径下不同的添加量也会影响其发射率。讨论了选用金属填料时,其粒子形态、粒径大小、添加量及取向排布等因素对发射率的影响。
Usually, the emissivity of metal pigments is lower, the reflectivity of metal pigments is higher. The same metal particles influence the emissivity because of its morphology and particle size and the dosage also influences the emissivity. The influence factors of its morphology, particle size, dosage and orientation permutation distribution were discussed.
