为更好地保障网络运维工作,管理好整个LTE网络的验收、维护及支撑体系尤为重要。LTE综合监控管理系统是以管理LTE网络建设、维护为目的的网络运维管理平台。系统采用了分层设计的功能架构,便于系统功能的扩展。软件架构中采用多适配器设计,保证了数据采集的独立性。系统采用目前流行的接口方式,在接口设计上应用了多种关键技术及实现方法。该系统在现网上的运用比较成功,可解决工程建设中进度不足的难题,能够很好地满足LTE网络维护中的告警监控及故障处理的需要。

To do a better job of guaranteeing the network operation, it is critical to well manage the entire LTE network acceptance check, maintenance, and support system. LTE integrated monitoring management system is a network operation and maintenance management platform, designed for the purpose of managing LTE network construction and maintenance. The system functional architecture uses a hierarchical design, to facilitate the expansion of system functions. In the software architecture, multi adapter is adopted to ensure the independence of data collection. The system uses the currently popular interface, applying a variety of key technologies and implementation methods in the design. The application of the system in current network is relatively successful, solving the problem of lacking progress in project construction, meeting the demands of LTE network maintenance alarm monitoring and fault processing well.
