基于创新型外语人才培养的外语教学模式改革

Reform of Foreign Language Teaching Mode Based on Cultivation of Innovative Foreign Language Talents

创新型外语人才是具有创新素质的复合型外语人才,培养创新型外语人才是建设创新型国家的必然要求。构建多元化的课程体系、建设高素质的中外教师队伍和为学生创造较多的实践机会将有助于实现创新型外语人才的培养目标。实验证明,在外语教学中采用中外教师合作教学模式、任务型混合式教学模式和个性化教学模式有助于培养学生的创新能力和创新素质。

Innovative foreign language talents are integrated talents with innovative quality. It is the inevitable requirement ot building an innovative country to cultivate innovative foreign language talents. This paper points out that we can promote innovative foreign language talents training by building a diversified curriculum system, constructing a high quality teachers＇ team, creating more practice opportunities for students. Experiments show that students＇ innovative ability and quality can be effectively cultivated by applying Chinese and foreign teachers＇ cooperative teaching mode, task-based blended teaching mode and individualized teaching mode to foreign language teaching.
