摘要
近年来,非富勒烯型电子受体材料因具有能级可调、吸收较宽、合成简便、加工成本低、溶解性好等优点,引起了科学家的广泛关注.目前,非富勒烯型光伏器件的效率最高已经超过了8%,与富勒烯型的光伏器件的效率差距正在逐步缩小.本文综述了近几年来酰亚胺和酰胺类非富勒烯型小分子受体材料的研究进展,并对提高非富勒烯型受体材料的能量转化效率的途径进行了探讨.
In the field of organic photovoltaics (OPVs), there is a growing interest in developing non-fullerene electron acceptor materials owing to their adjustable energy level, broader absorption, simple synthesis and highly solubility. Solution-processed bulk heterojunction (BHJ) OPVs based on non-fullerene acceptors have shown encouraging power conversion efficiencies of over 8%, which is approaching the properties of OPVs based fullerene. This article reviews recent developments in amide and imide-containing solution-processable small molecular non-fullerene acceptors for BHJ OPVs. The remaining problems and challenges along with the key research directions in the near future are discussed.
