不同临床病理特征的乳腺浸润性小叶癌108例腋窝前哨淋巴结术中印片诊断效率分析 被引量：3

摘要 浸润性小叶癌（ invasive lobular carcinoma ， ILC）仅占浸润性乳腺癌的5％～15％，且在原发和转移灶都具有独特的形态和生长特点。比较ILC和浸润性导管癌术中前哨淋巴结（ sentinel lymph node ，SLN）印片检查灵敏度的研究结果大多提示ILC印片细胞学检查灵敏度更低［1-3］。我们分析不同临床病理特征ILC的术中SLN印片诊断效率及导致假阴性的原因，以提高印片细胞学检查的准确性。
