摘要
神经肽Y(NPY)是机体内一种重要的神经递质,参与机体多种生理功能的调节。NPY广泛分布于中枢神经系统及周围神经系统,中枢神经系统中以海马内浓度最高,通过与不同亚型的受体结合发挥不同的生物学功能。神经损伤时,NPY可通过调节腺苷酸环化酶、相应离子通道及酶的作用,通过不同的信号通路发挥神经保护作用。不同的神经系统疾病所致神经损伤的机制不同,具有各自不同的特征。不同的疾病状态下NPY均可发挥其神经保护作用,但具体的作用机制不同。
Neumpeptide Y(NPY) is an important neurotransmitter in human body,which participates in the regulation of lots of physiological functions. It is widely distributed in central nervous system and periph- eral nervous system. In the central nervous system, NPY is mostly distributed in the hippocampus. NPY plays its physiological functions after binding with the receptors,and it plays different functions when binding with different receptors. In case of :aerve damage, NPY can adjust the adenylate cyclase, some of ion channels and enzymes in nerve cells and play a role of nerve protection through different signaling pathways, Different nerv- ous system diseases have different mechanisms, which have different characteristics. NPY can play the nerve orotective role under different disease states, but the specific mechanisms are different.
