核因子κB在乳腺癌中的研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌是引起女性肿瘤相关性死亡的主要原因,基因表型分析提示乳腺癌是一种异质性的疾病。根据雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体及人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)的表达情况,可将乳腺癌分为不同亚型。核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路通过与ER及HER2相互作用,促进乳腺癌干细胞自我更新,在乳腺癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。因此,NF-κB信号通路可能是乳腺癌治疗中的一个潜在靶点。 Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer related death in women, which is a heter- ogeneous disease according to the gene phenotype analysis, and can be divided into different subtypes accord- ing to the expression of estrogen receptor (ER) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 ( HER2 ) amplification status. Recent data have demonstrated that the activity of nuclear factor (5/F-KB) signal path- way is linked with ER and HER2 in breast cancer cells to promote the cancer stem cell self-renewal, playing an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Therefore, NF-KB signal pathway might be an effective therapeutic target for breast cancer.
