芪苈强心胶囊加载治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

EFFICACY OF QILIQIANGXIN CAPSULE FOR CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊加载治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床效果。方法连续收集112例住院CHF病人,随机分为治疗组55例和对照组57例。两组均给予常规西医标准化治疗,治疗组加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗,共治疗24周。治疗前及治疗后4、8、12、24周,分别行中医症候积分、6min步行试验、左心室射血分数（LVEF）及血浆B型利钠尿肽（BNP）测定。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组中医症候积分下降,6 min步行距离增加,LVEF提高,血浆BNP水平降低,差异均有统计学意义（F=2.75~282.67,P〈0.05）,但治疗组的效果较对照组更明显（t=2.48~6.05,P〈0.05）。结论芪苈强心胶囊加载治疗能明显改善CHF病人的心功能,该中成药制剂治疗CHF安全有效。

Objective To assess the effectiveness of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with standard therapy for patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods A total of 112 inpatients with CHF were divided into treatment group（n=55）and control group（n=57）in random.The patients in both groups were given routine western medicines,and for those in the treatment group,Qiliqiangxin capsule was added.A course of treatment was 24 weeks.Before and 4,8,12 and 24weeks after the treatment,the level of BNP,the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome integral,6-minute walk test and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）were measured. Results Compared with before the treatment,the TCM syndrome integral in both groups after treatment declined,the distance of 6-minute walk distance increased,LVEF elevated and plasma BNP declined（F=2.75-282.67,P〈0.05）,but the effectiveness was much more obvious in the treatment group（t=2.48-6.05,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined Qiliqiangxin capsule with standard western medicines can notably improve heart function in patients with chronic heart failure,this TCM preparation is effective and safe.
