蒙古族农民贫困原因探究

Research on the Cause of Poverty of Mongolian Peasants

党的十八届五中全会指出,农村贫困人口脱贫是全面建成小康社会最艰巨的任务,也是全面建成小康社会的标志性指标,全会决定在"十三五"实施脱贫攻坚工程。本文以蒙古族农民贫困问题为主题,以科尔沁右翼中旗西日嘎嘎查为例,在实地调查的基础之上,采用观察、个人访谈和比较分析等方法,并参考前人的相关研究成果,分析蒙古族农民当前的贫困情况,探索贫困形成的原因以及解决对策。

The party＇s the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has pointed out that getting rid of poverty of the rural poverty population is the most difficult task of building moderately prosperous society, and it is also the marker index. The plenary decided to implement poverty alleviation planning during the 13th five-year time. This paper takes poverty issue of Mongolian farmers as the theme, the XiRiGa GaZha of Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner as example and conduct relative field sur- veys. On this basis, using the observation, personal interview and comparative analysis and referring to related research results to make a research on the poverty issue of Mongolian peasants.
