(Ba_xCa_(1-x))(Zr_(1-y)Ti_y)O_3基无铅压电陶瓷的研究进展

摘要 基于对人类生存环境的保护和发展环境友好型电子产品的要求,(Ba_xCa_(1-x))(Zr_(1-y)Ti_y)O_3(简写为BCZT)基无铅压电陶瓷由于具有超高的压电性能而成为目前世界范围内压铁电材料研究的热点之一。结合国际范围内无铅压电陶瓷的研究情况,综述了BCZT陶瓷的发展过程和现状,重点介绍了采用相结构、组分控制和改进制备工艺等优化其性能的方法,进而为设计高性能的压电陶瓷提供了一定的理论支持。 Based on the protection of human survival environment and the development requirement of environmentally friendly electronic products, BCZT-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics has become one of the research hotspots around the world due to its good piezoelectric properties of ferroelectric materials. Considering the research situation of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, this paper reviewed the development progress of BCZT ceramics, and focused on introducing the performance optimization of BCZT ceramics by phase structure, composition control and the improvement of preparation technology. This work provided a theoretical support for high performance piezoelectric ceramics.
