服务质量是Internet目前致力解决的问题之一，本文给出了QoS的含义，基于对QoS目前存在的问题的分析，介绍了IETF提出解决QoS问题的两种服务模型，综合服务模型和分类服务模型并对它们进行了评价。

Quality of service is one of problems that Internet is resolving.this ariticle presents the definition of QoS.Based on the detailed analysis of prebloms of the current QoS,it introduces and discuses two services model in future i.e.the intergrate services and the differentiated services which were designed to improves QoS by IETF.
