辽宁省农村地区Q热立克次体血清学及虫媒蜱携带病原体状况调查

Epidemiological Survey of Coxiella Burnetii Serology and Tick Carrying Pathogen Conditions in the Rural Area of Liaoning Province

目的调查辽宁省农村地区人群Q热立克次体病血清学及虫媒携带病原体状况。方法采集辽宁省14个农村地区人群血液标本,用间接免疫荧光法(indirect immunofluorescence assay,IFA)检测人血清中的Q热立克次体抗体;在辽宁6个地区从羊体表共捕捉蜱71只,实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(quantitative polymerase chain reaction method,qPCR)检测蜱虫标本中Q热立克次体DNA。结果血清标本总阳性率为7.33%(男性7.69%,女性6.67%),3个地貌区域的血清阳性率分别为辽东山区10.99%、辽中平原1.15%、辽西山区及草原17.11%,阳性率最高在辽西地区。来自各区的71株蜱未检出Q热立克次体DNA。结论辽宁省内存在人群Q热立克次体感染,流行地主要集中在辽西靠近内蒙地区,多地区Q热传播媒介蜱未检出Q热立克次体。

Objective To investigate the Q fever Coxiella burnetii serology and ticks rickettsial infection situation of Liaoning province. Methods The Coxiella burnetii antibody of the crowd from 14 rural areas in Liaoning province was collected and detected by the indirect immunofluorescence assay. A total of 71 ticks captured from goats in six regions of Liaoning province, the tick DNA extracted with the Mollusc DNA Kit, and the Q fever Coxiella burnetii DNA was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction method. Results Out of all the blood specimens , the total positive rate of antibody was 7.33% （male 7. 69% female 6. 67%）. The seroprevalence in 3 different geomorphic regions containing Liaodong mountain, Liaoning plain, western Liaoning mountainous areas and grasslands were 10. 99%, 1.15%, 17. 11% respectively. The positive rate of western Liaoning was highest. Q fever rickettsia DNA did not been detected in 71 ticks from distinct districts. Conclusion The Q fever Coxiella burnetii infection exist in the Liaoning rural area, which mainly concentrate in western Liaoning near to the Inner Mongolia region. Q fever rickettsia infection is not detecte in ticks from multiple regions.
