摘要
本文以徂徕山林场森林资源为研究对象,在对影响森林火灾风险诸要素进行充分分析的基础上,确立了基于小班水平的小区域森林火灾风险综合评价指标体系,并采用多层次模糊综合评判法对森林火灾风险进行分析评价,建立了徂徕山林场基于小班水平的森林火灾风险评价系统,从而为管理者实施森林火灾风险管理提供依据.随着森林火灾风险影响因子的不断变化,管理者可根据最新调查数据更新指标体系属性值,对森林火灾风险进行新的评价,从而调整、改进风险管理措施。最终实现森林火灾风险的适应性管理.
Based on the sufficient analysis of risk factors affecting the forest fire, we study the forest resources in Culai forestry station and establish a regional forest fire risk comprehensive index system at a subcompartment level. This paper assesses the risk of forest fire using the method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and builds a forest fire risk assessment system at a subcompartment level in Culai forestry station,which provides tile basis for managers to implement forest fire risk management.With the unceasing change of forest fire risk influence factors,managers can update the index system attribute values according to the latest survey data and re-evaluate the forest fire risk, thus adjusting and improving the risk management measures and finally realizing the adaptive management of forest fire risk.
