基于模拟计算的AISI 1025合金板状铸件补缩规律研究

摘要 采用铸造模拟软件Pro CAST研究了不同厚度、不同宽厚比的AISI 1025合金板状铸件的补缩规律。分别研究了长铸件、临界长度铸件以及铸件末端添加冷铁的冒口区、末端区和补缩距离。研究表明:末端区和冒口区随宽厚比增大而增大,当宽厚比达到7时处于稳定值;末端冷铁能增大末端区和补缩距离,而对冒口区几乎无影响;不同厚度铸件的末端区、冒口区和补缩距离几乎完全相等。 Casting simulation software ProCAST was used to study feeding-distance rules of AISI 1025 steel plate castings with different thicknesses and width-to-thickness ratios(W/T). The riser zone, the end zone and feeding distance of long-length castings, critical-length castings and castings with end-chills were studied. The study shows with the increase of W/T, the riser-zone length and end-zone length increase and then plateau at their respective maximum values at around W/T=7. End chills increase the end-zone length and feeding distance, but have no effect on riser-zone length. Plates with different thicknesses have almost the same riser-zone length, end-zone length and feeding distance.
