河钢石钢智能制造的思考

Consideration about intelligent manufacturing of HBIS Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co.

对工业革命的发展特点进行了评述,对3.0和4.0的建设过程进行了描述,强调了信息化建设期间应注意的几个问题。在此基础上分析了河钢石钢公司的现状,对河钢石钢公司的发展阶段进行了定义。讨论了河钢石钢公司发展智能制造的必要性和可行性。在阐述作者对智能制造的理解之后,提出了河钢石钢应借搬迁之良机按发展智能制造的思路规划建设。还就河钢石钢建设智能制造3.0和4.0的若干问题提出了具体建议,指出智能制造建设将是一个长期的、持续的升级过程。

Development characteristic of industrial revolution are reviewed,the construction process of 3.0 and 4.0 are described,and the several problems which should be paid attention to during the informatization construction were emphasized.On the basis of that,the present situation of Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co.is analyzed,and the development stages are defined.At the same time,the necessity and feasibility of the development of intelligent manufacturing in Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co.are discussed.After describing the intelligent manufacturing,the planning and construction of Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co.based on the intelligent manufacturing during the relo-cation is put forward.Moreover,the concrete suggestions of constructing an intelligent manufacture 3.0 and 4.0 in Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co.are proposed.Finally,it is pointed out that the construction of intelligent manufac-turing would be a long-term continuous upgrade process.
