摘要
在全面分析筒体椭圆度的定义及其相关标准的基础上,探讨了筒体椭圆度产生的原因。以钢制列管式固定管板换热器的筒体尺寸为例,利用有限元方法分析了自重对筒体椭圆度的影响,计算得出了不同厚度、不同直径筒体自重产生的椭圆度,找出了自重对筒体椭圆度的影响规律,为控制筒体椭圆度、提高筒体组对焊接质量提供参考。
On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the cylindrical shell ovality and the relevant standards , the causes of shell ovality are discussed simply. Take the cylinder size of steel shell and tube with fixed tube sheet heat exchanger for example , the influence of gravity on shell ovality is explored by finite element analysis method. Calculates the ovality that produced by gravity on the cylinder with different thicknesses and different diameters , and finds out laws of influence of gravity on the cylinder with different size , for the purpose of controlling the shell gravity , and furthermore , providing reference for improving cylindrical shell quality of fitting and welding.
