摘要
试验研究了沥青种类对大空隙基体混合料性能的影响,以及浆体强度对半柔性路面材料性能的影响规律,采用高铁水泥沥青砂浆车用于半柔性路面施工中,并将研究成果应用于市政工程。结果表明,采用高粘沥青的大空隙基体沥青混合料性能要优于SBS改性沥青,但SBS改性沥青已经足以满足要求;考虑半柔性路面材料高低温性能的平衡,合适的浆体强度为20MPa^40MPa;经过半柔性路面工程实践发现,采用高铁水泥沥青砂浆车作制浆灌浆设备,灌浆施工效率可达到420m2/h,比以往施工效率提高2~3倍。
The influence of types of asphalt on performance of large void matrix mixtures, and the influence of paste strength on performance of semi-flexible pavement material were experimentally studied. And the mixing vehicle of cement asphalt mortar was used in semi-flexible pavement construction, the research result of semiflexible pavement was applied to municipal engineering. The results showed that the performance of large void matrix asphalt mixtures with high viscosity asphalt was better than that of SBS modified asphalt, but SBS modified asphalt had been sufficient to meet the requirements. Considering the balance of the high and low temperature performance of semi-flexible pavement material, the suitable paste strength was 20 MPa ~40MPa.Through the semi-flexible pavement engineering practice found that, after the mixing vehicle of cement asphalt mortar being used as a pulping grouting equipment, the grouting efficiency could reach 420m2/h, which was 2~3 times greater than that of the previous construction efficiency.
