摘要
通过对中外法学教育方法的介绍、分析、比较和评价 ,说明它们存在的合理性及其不足。同时 ,指出应注意采用灵活的、多种形式的法学教育方法。
This paper intends to point out the advantages and weakness of law-teaching methodology applied in China as well as in overseasby survey,analysis,comparison and comment.The author suggests that a variety of law-teaching methods be adopted to train qualified law students to meet the requirement of society.
