浅谈莆田市宋城历史文化街区的保护和规划

Discussion on the protection and planning of historical and cultural blocks in Songcheng of Putian City

历史文化街区不仅是传统风貌的重要物质空间,也是传统和地域文化的载体。文章通过对莆田市宋城历史地段历史沿革、现状概况等方面的研究,分析了目前宋城的价值、特色及存在的问题,提出了挖掘人文资源、打造功能分区、整治街区风貌、完善设施配套和提升街区活力等规划思路,并提出保证规划实施的保障政策机制、提升管理水平、保证资金来源、公众参与等措施。

Historical and cultural blocks are not only the important space of traditional features, but also the carrier of traditional and region- al cuhure. In this pater,we study of Songeheng historical and euhural blocks by historical evolution, current situation, value, characteristics and existing problem, and prol：osed several planning ideas, emerging humanity resources, creating partition function, renovating block scene, making perfect facilities and promoting the vitality of the street blocks, eventually by the planning implementation and security policy mechanism, improve the management level, ensure funding sources, public participation and other measures to ensure.
