摘要
针对度假型养老社区,从建筑外轮廓、建筑内公共空间、住宅室内空间、采光以及不利气候时段的建筑细节设计五方面进行了研究。与一般建筑设计相比,度假型养老建筑细节设计在考虑度假休闲生活的同时,更多体现了老年人生理特点、心理特点的功能性要求,更加充分考虑了人与自然的和谐统一。
According to holiday retirement community, in architecture detail design, five design points are researched, including the exteri- or outline design, the public space detail design, the interior space detail design in house, sunlight design and detail design in bad weather period. Compared with general residential architecture design, in holiday retirement architecture detail design there are more consideration factors, including holiday and leisure life, some functional requirements which can show physiological and psychological characteristics of old people, full consideration of harmony and unity between human and nature.
