太原市农贸市场蔬菜农药残留情况调查

Investigation of Vegetable Pesticide Residue in Farmer Market in Taiyuan City

蔬菜产品质量安全至关重要,对太原市3个农贸市场常见果蔬取样进行农药残留检测,检测显示叶菜类农药残留较高,市民购买蔬菜后需采用一些措施降解农残,并建议农贸市场加大农药残留检测,保证市民菜篮子安全。

Vegetable product quality and safety is very important. Pesticide residue detection of common fruits and vegetablessamples in three farmer markets in Taiyuan city was done. Results showed that pesticide residues of leaf vegetables were high.Some measures should be adopted to degrade pesticide residues after citizens bought. Farmer market was suggested to increasepesticide residue detection to ensure safety of citizens basket.
