生物化学是生物类专业的重要基础课程,生化实验教学是其必修环节。近年来,四川理工学院在生物化学实验课教学中,在课程性质定位及教学内容、实验方法和实验成绩考核评定等方面,进行了一定的教学改革实践与探索,形成了新的教学体系。4届学生的教学实践证明,新的教学体系有效地促进了教学质量的提高,对学生的科研及实验动手能力具有显著的提升作用。

Biochemistry is the essential course for biological major and biochemistry experiment is its indispensable component.In recent years, the teachJlng reforms for biochemistry-experiment course were carried out on course location, teaching contents,experiment methods and evaluation of student experiment grade in Sichuan University of Science ＆ Engineering, thus, new instructional system was took shape and it improved teaching effects, advanced researching and experiment abilities of students involved.
