摘要
在我国推进"互联网+"行动的时代背景下,应如何科学谋划"互联网+档案"建设是关乎档案事业能否与时俱进发展的重要命题。为此,本文以"互联网+"行动的主旨——消解用户"痛点"为切入点,在剖析"互联网+档案"科学内涵的基础上,提出应建立档案数据个性化推荐系统以将档案服务推进到"后检索时代",进而论述了档案元数据核心集应在该建设过程中发挥重要作用。
Under the background of the ＂Internet ＋ ＂promotion in our country, how to implement the＂ Internet ~ archives＂ should be a keep-pace-with-times task for archivists. Therefore, this paper takes users＇ ＂pain points＂ elimination, which is the purpose of＂Internet ＋＂, as the breakthrough point, based on the analysis of＂Internet ＋＂ scientific meaning, proposes the archives data personalized recommenda- tion system should be established to promote the archives services into the ＂post-retrieval time＂ . And then points out the crucial value and function of the archives metadata core set in the ＂Internet ＋ archi- ves＂ construction.
