旋转展开弹翼地面试验设备电动模拟推力机构的设计

摘要 根据导弹旋转展开弹翼地面试验设备在试验前的联调联试以及进行地面试验初期阶段的工作特点,提出利用伺服电机驱动的推力机构模拟燃气作动筒驱动弹翼展开的工作过程,改善设备联调联试的工作条件,并对推力机构的运动特性作了理论分析,为进一步完善地面试验设备的综合性能提供了新的思路。 The ground test equipment of guided missile rotating wing is adjusted before testing. According to the performance characteristics of the equipment during the adjusting period and the initial stage, this paper raises a thrust mechanism which uses servo motor drive to simulate the expansion process of gas cylinder wing. The adjusting condition for the equipment is improved and the kinetic characteristic of the thrust mechanism is analyzed theoretically It provides a new thought for improving the combination property of ground test equipment further.
