摘要
采用单因素试验法对Zr B2基超高温陶瓷进行了精密电加工工艺加工试验,获得了的合理电加工工艺参数;分析了电加工后的Zr B2基超高温陶瓷微观组织,表明采用精密电加工工艺对Zr B2基超高温陶瓷的损伤较少,不会影响到材料的内部微观组织及其他相关性能,精密电加工工艺是目前加工Zr B2基超高温陶瓷材料及结构的优选方法。
Based on the approach of single factor experiment, WEDM parameters of ZrB2-SiC ultra-high temperature ceramic composites are studied to find out the best performance of surface machining. With a detailed analysis on the micro-structure of workpiece surface after machining, it indicates a better surface integration than that of traditional machining approaches. Precision WEDM with suitable parameters will be the most efficient method for machining ZrB2-SiC ultra-high temperature ceramic.
