摘要
渭化一期合成氨装置中的氨压机原为浮环油膜密封,经技术改造后为干气密封系统,对改造过程中产生的问题进行分析,提出合理解决方案,并对原参考气管线利用及后期运行状况进行阐述。
The ammonia compressor in synthetic ammonia plant of Weihe chemical first phase project used floating ring seal with oil film, which was changed to dry gas seal system after technology transformation. By analyzing problems during transformation,reasonable solution plan is suggested, utilization and later operation status of original reference gas pipeline is expounded in this paper.
