With the increasingly stringent safety and environmental protection requirements, more and more enterprises establish the QHSE management system. Combined with audit practice, the paper analyzes common problems of QHSE management system in Chemical Enterprise. Recommendations for improvement are given in the aspect of strengthening training, management mode changing and so on, in order to further improve the running effectiveness of the QHSE management system.
