依据肢体残疾人就业现状及居家就业的实际需求,文章分析了电子商务应用于肢体残疾人居家就业的可行性及4种典型模式的适用性。结合应用实例,探讨了各种模式系统特点及技术支持系统问题,重点探讨了重度肢体残疾人团队应用电子商务C2C模式开展服务的策略与途径。综合B2B、B2C、C2B、C2C等模式优势,提出了我国肢体残疾人应用电子商务居家就业的对策建议。

Based on the current employment situation and practical needs of the physically disabled, this paper analyzed the feasibility of applying e-commerce to the telework of the physically disabled as well as four typical mode. Through using the application examples, this paper discussed system atical characteristics and technical support of every kind of mode, especially about strategies and approaches of e-commerce C2C mode used by severely disabled team, and then it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of physically disabled employment using e-commerce, combining the advantages of different kinds of modes, such as B2B, B2C, C2B and C2C.
