我国残疾人公共体育服务现状及其标准体系建设研究

A Study on the Development of the Public Sport Service and the Establishment of Public Sport Service Standards System for Persons with Disabilities in China

文章采用文献法、问卷调查法、统计分析法等方法,对我国残疾人公共体育服务标准研究、建设情况进行了回顾;依据国家关于标准制定的相关要求和对残疾人体育发展现状、发展趋势的认识,提出了我国残疾人体育服务标准建设的基本原则和初步设想方案,对推进我国残疾人公共体育服务标准体系建设提出了建议。

This study, by using such research methods as literature review, questionnaire surveys, statistics and data analysis, makes a comprehensive review on the status quo of the construction of public sport service standards for persons with disabilities in China as well as the major development in this regard. In line with the requirements of national laws, regulations and policies, it puts forward a construction plan, including the principles and the composition of the public sport service standards system, and finally provides some suggestions on how to actively advance the establishment of public sport service standards system, based on the requirements from both national directives for standardization and the development of sports for persons with disabilities in China.
