摘要
采用甲基丙烯酸十六烷基酯(HMA)对真丝织物进行接枝整理,得到具有自修复功能的疏水真丝织物。讨论了接枝反应条件对疏水性能的影响,并通过测量真丝织物的接触角(CA)来表征织物的疏水效果;测试了真丝织物的自修复性能、耐摩擦性能和耐洗性能。结果表明:选择合适的HMA质量分数、接枝反应温度、时间和引发剂质量分数,能显著改善真丝织物的疏水性能。接枝后真丝织物的CA可以达到142°,在分别经历5 400次摩擦、50次洗涤、10次自修复后仍具有很好的疏水性能。
Silk fabric was grafted with hexadecyl methacrylate( HMA) to obtain self-healing hydrophobic silk fabric.The influences of grafting conditions on the hydrophobic effect of silk fabric were investigated. The hydrophobic effect was characterized by measuring contact angle( CA) of silk fabric and the properties of self-healing,resistance to abrasion and washing were also tested. The results show that the hydrophobic effect of silk fabric can obviously improve by selecting reasonable mass fraction of HMA,grafting temperature and time,and mass fraction of initiator.The CA of grafted silk can reach 142°,and the hydrophobic effect is still very good after 5 400 times of abrasion,50 times of washing and 10 times of seal-healing.
