摘要
基于百叶型织物结构的创新设计,旨在研发一款通过多面翻转来达到外观及功能转换的织物。该织物通过机织经纬纱线一体织造而成,由单层透孔结构和双层重纬空心袋状结构条状相间排列。叶片的正反两面分别采用吸湿速干的Calculo纤维和防水耐洗抗紫外的Waveron纤维与普通纱线组合排列而成。随后分别进行了织物的透湿量和紫外线透过率的测定,用以反映产品功能的实用性。随着对织物叶面的翻转,达到不同的外观及功能的切换,该织物可用于多功能变换型窗帘、服装及移动遮蔽等户内外用品。
In order to realize the multi-faced transformation of appearance and function,this study is based on creative design of blinds fabric structure. This blinds fabric can be woven according to a complex striped structure with interlaced single layer and double separated layers. The Calculo fibers with moisture wicking function,the Waveron fiber with water washable anti-UV function and normal yarns are arranged on the face layer and back layer separately. The tests of moisture-penetrability and UV resistance were carried out to reflect the usefulness of the product features. The fabric can be reversed to achieve a different function switching for different environmental needs. The fabric can be used for indoor and outdoor products such as multi-functional transformation curtains,clothing,shelter and mobile products.
