摘要
由于凸轮测量基准和凸轮的工作基准不重合,凸轮升程测量数据并不能完全反映凸轮工作时从动件(挺柱)的运动规律。本文采取测量数据向工作基准校正的方法来排除偏心的影响,从而使测量数据真实反映凸轮工作时从动件的运动规律。
The test data on the lifting performance of the cam cannot fully reflect the motion law of tappet due to the non-coinciding of the measuring basis and working standard. This paper introduces the method of baseline correction from the measuring data to working standard to eliminate the eccentric effects to reflect the motion law of the followers of cam.
