摘要
节能灯具反射器快速钣金成型线主要应用于LED节能灯具反射器的钣金成型制造。本文研制开发了以复线机械结构、步进冲切、复合辊轧成型工艺(线性渐变辊轧成型技术、反复弯曲辊轧成型技术)、CCLINK总线控制、软件控制为核心的综合解决方案,实现了节能灯具反射器的高效、节能、智能化生产,解决了制件尺寸波动、翘曲变形以及磕碰划伤等问题。
The rapid sheet metal forming line of energy saving lamp reflector is mainly used in LED energy saving lamp reflector sheet metal forming manufacturing. This paper develops the comprehensive solution with the core of parallel mechanical structure, punching step-by-step, composite roll forming process (linear gradient roll forming technology and repeated bending roll forming technology), CC-Link bus-mastering, and software control. It achieves the efficient, energy-saving, and intelligent production, so as to solve the size fluctuation of parts, the warping defor- mation, the scratches, and the other issues.
