摘要
为减少车间布局中基本依靠直觉的盲目性,通过对设备的参数化,利用遗传算法可以获得最优的设备布局。以某镜片生产车间为实例,经优化布局后的设备,不仅有效利用了空间,而且节省物流成本15%以上,表明对设备进行优化布局的合理性和必要性。
In order to reduce the blindness from the intuition in the workshop layout, the method of obtaining the opti- mal equipment layout is presented by applying the genetic algorithm. Taking a plant of lens production as an example, not only the effective use of space is achieved, but also the saving of logistics cost exceeds more than 15 % after the optimization of the equipment layout, which shows the rationality and necessity of the equipment layout optimization.
