延长线插座产品质量安全风险分析

Analysis on the Product Quality Safety of Cord Extension Sockets

目前由于电器附件行业的入行门槛低、企业总体质量状况良莠不齐,加之电线、外壳绝缘材料等原材料成本占产品销售价格比重非常大,很多生产企业往往采取偷工减料、随意改变工艺设计或使用伪劣原材料的方式来实现利润最大化,给延长线插座产品终端消费和使用埋下极大安全隐患。本文阐述了延长线插座的安全项目及危害性,并结合风险测试现象进行分析,以寻找目前延长线插座普遍存在的质量安全隐患,并提出有效的建议。

Nowadays, because of the low threshold of the electrical accessories industry, the uneven quality of com- panies and the fact that raw materials such as wire and crust insulation material account for a large proportion of sales, large quantities of manufacturing factories tend to do shoddy work, change the manufacturing process at will and use inferior stuff to achieve the purpose of gaining more profit, leaving great security threat to the terminal consumers of the cord extension sockets. This paper illustrates the safety items and perniciousness of cord extension sockets, and analyzes this matter on the basis of the hazards testing results, in order to seek for the popular quality defect at present and come up with valid advice.
