本文探讨机械式磁性接近开关应用领域涉及旋转动作外磁位移的角度敏感产品在旋转偏置过程的控制影响,经设计和试验比对发现YMS系列机械式磁性接近开关通过将CMS系列产品侧壁夹持式内磁轴向动作模式改为旋转方向无限制的自由动作模式,具有β<10°的角度灵敏度,能有效提升触点瞬间通断特性,通断位置差≤5。

This paper explores the application field of mechanical magnetic proximity switch, and the control effect of rotation action magnetic displacement angle sensitive products in rotational bias process. Through design and compari- son, it found that YMS series mechanical magnetic close to switch the CMS series products side wall of the clamping type magnetic axis to the action mode changed to rotating direction of unrestricted freedom of movement patterns, with β 〈 10° angle sensitivity, can effectively enhance the contact moment on-off characteristics, the on-off position dif- ference is less than or equal to 5.
